- Develop Full-Stack Web Applications: Design, implement, and deliver full-stack websites and web applications quickly using low-code tools.
- Build AI Solutions: Incorporate AI tools into POCs to create functional and innovative solutions. Build AI utilities to integrate with web applications as needed.
- Work Independently: Own the entire development lifecycle of the POC—from concept to deployment—working autonomously while meeting fast-paced deadlines.
- Use Low-Code Tools: Use and integrate tools such as Bolt.new, Lovable, Windsurf, Cursor, and N8N to rapidly create prototypes and solutions.
- Rapid Prototyping: Deliver quality POCs in a matter of days, not weeks, ensuring functionality, scalability, and ease of use for clients and stakeholders.
- AI Tool Integration: Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies, rapidly learning and incorporating new tools into your POCs to create innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with product managers, designers, and other developers to iterate on solutions and meet business objectives.
- Hands-on Full stack Development: Strong experience with both front-end and back-end development. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Node.js, and front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- AI and Machine Learning: Experience with building AI-driven solutions, machine learning frameworks, and APIs (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI APIs). Ability to quickly learn and implement new AI tools.
- Low-Code Platforms: Experience working with low-code platforms, especially Bolt.new, Lovable, Windsurf, Cursor, and N8N. Familiarity with other automation or integration tools is a plus.
- Rapid Learning & Adaptability: Ability to quickly pick up new technologies and apply them in real-world applications. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to think critically and solve complex problems under tight deadlines.
- Version Control: Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders in an agile environment.
