The role involves cold calling, lead generation, and field sales to promote and sell our services, including cold chain logistics, reefer containers, and related solutions. Key Responsibilities : Cold Calling :
- Identify potential customers and initiate contact through cold calls to pitch Crystal Logistics’ services.
- Maintain a consistent and professional approach in telephonic communications.
- Research and identify sales prospects through online/offline channels.
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients, tracking leads and follow-ups.
- Visit client locations to understand their logistics requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Gather insights on customer needs and preferences to refine sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and results for management review.
- Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in any stream.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics or related industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.
