We're looking for an IT Helpdesk Technician to join our dynamic team! As an IT Helpdesk Technician, you’ll be on the frontlines, providing exceptional technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of systems for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt technical support (L1 to L4) to users experiencing hardware/software issues.
- Manage system maintenance, including regular software updates and hardware repairs.
- Assist users with understanding and effectively utilizing IT tools and software.
- Collaborate with the IT team to assess processes and implement automation strategies using PowerShell.
- Oversee internal and external network security and manage connectivity issues.
- Ensure data integrity and security through backup and recovery procedures.
- Maintain detailed documentation of updates, scripts, and system processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and recommend upgrades.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and diagnosing system errors.
- Familiarity with network management and security protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Vendor management experience is a plus!
