Then this exciting HR Business Partner role is for you! Our client, a well-known Irish sector organisation, is currently seeking a HR Business Partner for a long term contract with a view to permanency. This is a really exciting time to join the business as they are going through a huge transformation and growth and the role will provide great exposure and opportunities. This role will be based in Cork two days a week and remotely three days a week.

What you'll do:

• Partner with the business to develop and implement impactful HR strategies.
• Be the go-to person for line managers on all things HR, from recruitment to performance management.
• Collaborate with the wider HR team on initiatives like learning & development and employee relations.
• Drive high performance through data analysis and strategic implementation.
• Champion change management and help the team embrace new ways of working.
• Build strong relationships across the organisation and become a trusted advisor.

You'll be a good fit if you have:

• 3-5 years of HR experience with a solid understanding of employment law.
• A knack for problem-solving and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach with a drive for excellence.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment (retail experience a plus!).
