VP of 3PL Operations and Client Management - APAC Region A mid-sized, rapidly growing supply chain services company headquartered in the United States is looking to hire a Vice President to lead APAC operations and manage key clients regionally. This person will lead a remote team and have full regional P&L responsibility. This is a fully REMOTE role with up to 50% travel as required. Key Responsibilities: Source, vet, and select warehousing and shipping providers based across the APAC region to be a part of the organization's vendor network. Establish and maintain vendor relationships including performance management and quarterly business reviews. Act as main point of contact for regionally-based clients, addressing any concerns, troubleshooting issues, and identifying opportunities to expand business. Negotiate contract terms and drive cost efficiencies. Partner cross-functionally with field operations and global trade solutions to ensure expeditious flow of goods across borders. Identify opportunities for improvement and enhanced solutions to meet customer demands. Support the ongoing growth of the organization across the APAC region. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 10+ years of experience within supply chain/logistics across APAC. Prior experience working for a 3PL. Strong relationship management skills. Experience fostering client relationships. Proficiency in English. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
