Applications Specialist (Systems Operations)

Applications Specialist—Systems Operation (Qatar Government Project) Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science or IT Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and optimize enterprise IT systems
  2. Troubleshoot applications and operational issues
  3. Provide technical support to end users and teams
  4. Ensure smooth data processing and system functionality
  5. Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies
  6. Knowledge of BI tools & process modeling
  7. Experience in business system analysis & SDLC
