The Company For this very well-respected and highly visible group of companies, we are seeking an extremely professional and experienced Personal Assistant to assist the group CFO. A market leader in the region, my client is one of the UAE’s leading holding companies with interests in financial, industrial, property development, general trading, and oil & gas sectors. They pride themselves on the excellent working environment they provide for their employees. The Role My client is seeking a Personal Assistant to the CFO, who will ultimately be responsible for managing the day-to-day schedule of his extremely busy diary and offering professional assistance wherever needed. Duties will include:

Managing the CFO’s complex diary
Arranging all travel, including accommodation, flights, visas, etc.
Assisting with any personal administrative duties on behalf of the CFO, ensuring that the CFO’s day is optimized to the maximum

You will be privy to large amounts of confidential information that will circulate from the Board and Executive Management Committee meetings. This role incorporates large amounts of responsibility, as you will be the first point of contact to the CFO’s office. Candidate Requirements My client is seeking an enthusiastic candidate with a minimum of 3 years previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role. Candidates must possess a high level of accuracy in their work and be resourceful, offering creative solutions when needed. Ideally, my client is seeking a calm professional who is a proactive individual and also a strong team player. Candidates must demonstrate advanced MS Office skills and be able to communicate superbly in English, both verbally and in writing.
