Role Purpose: The QA Manager is responsible for the overall management of QA activities across Company projects, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. The role includes the regular review and updating of QHSE management systems and the planning of internal QHSE audits. Key Responsibilities:
  1. QA Systems & Procedures: Implement and maintain QA systems, manuals, and procedures to meet standards.
  2. Audit Management: Oversee internal/external audits, NCR tracking, and corrective actions.
  3. Project Support: Support QA teams for compliance with QMS requirements and project standards.
  4. Tender & Prequalification: Review and submit QA-related deliverables during tendering and prequalification stages.
  5. Documentation & Archiving: Establish centralized systems for project documentation and archiving.
  6. Training & Development: Identify and recommend training needs within the QA team.
  7. Management Representation: Represent QA in management meetings and client discussions.
  8. Budget Management: Monitor QA-related budgets and resource usage for projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: B.Sc. Engineering or equivalent. Lead Auditor Certification.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years in QA, with 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Offshore experience is required.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, technical knowledge, communication, and proficiency in business software.
