Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking an experienced Pathologist for a prestigious private healthcare center in Qatar. This role involves diagnosing diseases through laboratory testing, collaborating with clinical teams, and contributing to patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, relevant experience, and meet Qatar's DHP licensing requirements. Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed laboratory examinations of patient specimens, including blood, tissues, and bodily fluids.
- Interpret diagnostic results and provide accurate reports to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support clinical decisions.
- Supervise laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
- Stay updated on advancements in pathology and integrate evidence-based practices into the role.
- Assist in developing protocols for sample collection, testing, and reporting to enhance laboratory efficiency.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff and laboratory technicians.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss cases and recommend treatment plans.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pathologist.
- Specialization degree in Pathology with a Bachelor's degree in Medicine.
- Licensed or eligible for licensing as a Pathologist in Qatar as per DHP guidelines.
- Specialist Healthcare License to practice in Home Country.
