About the role See yourself in our team: Transaction Banking Solutions provide tailored working capital solutions across payables, receivables, and treasury management for large corporate, government, and institutional clients. We support our transaction banking clients to innovate and revolutionize the way they can interact with their customers and deliver working capital and operational efficiencies. This role will report into the Director, Business Development. What you'll be responsible for Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis. Execution and Project Management: Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines to support the organization’s goals. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights. Skills you'll need Works with others by being open, clear in communication, and listening to achieve goals. Compares and ranks the relative importance and/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions. Problem solving: Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems. Meet the team Strategy & Performance (S&P) The Strategy & Performance (S&P) team contributes to the COO strategy by providing leadership and governance on the COO’s strategic agenda. We do this through the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects/programs, ensuring the health of all the programs in our portfolio, and governing our cost/benefit targets across the COO.
