PHARMACY & STORE EXEC./ MANAGER

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Work experience in a pharmacy, store management, or healthcare is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high level of integrity .
• Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, with good communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing stock and inventory.
• Basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Assist in managing the pharmacy store, including stock arrangement , expiry date checks , and proper storage of medications .
• Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels in coordination with suppliers.
• Assist in the preparation of medications , ensuring patients receive medications according to proper procedures.
• Perform administrative duties in the pharmacy and maintain accurate records of stock and transactions.
• Liaise with suppliers for ordering, receiving stock, and managing invoices.
• Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
