- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Work experience in a pharmacy, store management, or healthcare is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high level of integrity .
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, with good communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing stock and inventory.
- Basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Assist in managing the pharmacy store, including stock arrangement , expiry date checks , and proper storage of medications .
- Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels in coordination with suppliers.
- Assist in the preparation of medications , ensuring patients receive medications according to proper procedures.
- Perform administrative duties in the pharmacy and maintain accurate records of stock and transactions.
- Liaise with suppliers for ordering, receiving stock, and managing invoices.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
