Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting, there's always room to grow at Hive DX.    Job Description: Vice President – Business & Client Servicing   Location: Delhi, India Department: Business & Client Servicing Reporting To: Chief Operating Officer   Hive DX is looking for a passionate and driven candidate to join our team!  Responsibilities: Client Strategy & Relationship Management:

  1. Develop & Implement High-Level Client Strategies – Drive innovative client engagement strategies to ensure long-term partnerships.
  2. Act as a Senior Client Advisor – Provide strategic consultation to key clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  3. Strengthen Client Relationships – Build and nurture high-value relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.
  4. Negotiate & Secure Large-Scale Deals – Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for the agency and clients.
  Business Development & Revenue Growth:
  1. Identify & Capitalize on New Business Opportunities – Leverage industry insights to drive expansion into new sectors and markets.
  2. Lead High-Impact Pitches & Proposals – Oversee the development of compelling presentations that showcase the agency’s capabilities.
  3. Expand Client Portfolio – Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, referrals, and relationship-building efforts.
  4. Work closely with Founders on Business Expansion – Contribute to organizational growth strategies and operational efficiencies.
  Project Planning & Execution Leadership:
  1. Ensure timely and efficient execution of campaigns and activations.
  2. Monitor Performance Metrics & KPIs – Implement data-driven insights to optimize campaign success rates.
  3. Enhance Workflow & Process Efficiency – Establish best practices and streamline project management frameworks.
  Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  1. Lead & Mentor the Client Servicing & Project Management Teams – Drive performance and professional growth within the team.
  2. Collaborate Across Creative, Production & Strategy Teams – Ensure flawless execution of client campaigns.
  3. Champion a Culture of Innovation & Excellence – Foster a results-driven, client-centric approach within the organization.
  Brand Representation & Thought Leadership:
  1. Maintain High-Level Industry Networks – Stay ahead of trends and technological advancements to drive competitive advantage.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 10 to 12+ years of experience in client servicing, Business Development, Account Management, project management, or a related role in the event management industry. 2. Proven expertise in managing high-value accounts, executing large-scale projects, and driving revenue growth. 3. Exceptional leadership & negotiation skills with the ability to drive strategic decision-making. 4. Strong financial acumen – experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. 5. Deep industry knowledge of brand strategy, digital integration, and experiential marketing trends. 6.
