We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer/Architect to join our team and drive innovation using the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will provide functional and technical expertise to design, build, and implement ServiceNow applications, ensuring they align with business needs and deliver value.
Responsibilities:
Provide functional and technical expertise to plan, analyze, define, and implement ServiceNow applications.
Facilitate impact assessments and create estimates and solutions for client requests.
Design, build, and configure ServiceNow applications using best practices.
Work with an agile mindset to deliver value across projects of varying scopes and scale.
Apply innovative ideas to automate processes and enhance system performance.
Develop application code, turning user requirements into testable and deployable products.
Implement, test, and deploy solutions using best practice software engineering and ITIL methodology.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform.
Perform impact analysis and testing for ServiceNow patches and upgrades.
Identify risks proactively and recommend solutions to mitigate them.
Produce high-quality deliverables and documentation.

Requirements:
Must-Have Skills: ServiceNow development or architecture expertise in product lines such as ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SPM.
Experience: At least 4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development or architecture.
Nice-to-Have Skills: Agile or Scrum methodology knowledge, GenAI familiarity, ITIL certification, or any ServiceNow certification.
A background in systems engineering or development with a mindset for automation and knowledge sharing.
For Upskilling:
We welcome candidates who are eager to expand their expertise on the ServiceNow platform. Foundational skills in the following areas would be beneficial:
JavaScript or similar scripting languages.
Modern UI frameworks like Angular or React.
Full-stack development or automated solutions.
REST API integrations and automation.
DevOps practices and tools.
Automated testing using tools like ServiceNow ATF or Selenium.
Business analysis and system design.
Server or infrastructure administration.
Security, governance, and risk compliance with an aptitude for development and configuration.
