Skills : Flexcube Core Banking Platform, knowledge of Core Banking Systems Accounting and Loans platforms Experience : 5 - 12 yrs Location : All LTIMindtree Office Locations Job Description: The candidate’s main objective is to do Requirement Analysis and Project Management for our Flexcube Core Banking Platform Candidate should have knowledge of Core Banking Systems Accounting and Loans platforms Responsibilities
- Provide expertise of product suite to a variety of audiences including the Local Business team Local and Global Operation teams Business Analysts Development teams and Senior Management
- Lead and coordinate projects across Business Functions
- Possess a clear understanding of how the business uses the products in day to day activities and able to communicate this to the Business Partners and to Technology For new countries being rolled out to Core Banking Loans Platform should be able to provide the same support
- Maintains current working knowledge of the Global and Regional partners products processors across both Domestic and International markets
- Review E2E operational Flows perform cost analysis identify redundant and expensive process identify compliance and audit risks and provide holistic solutions to optimize process and mitigate risks
- Work with Global Delivery Team to analyze the business requirements Should be able to respond to requirements BRDs or User Stories by producing Functional Requirement Documents FRDs Solution Documents and High level design documents
- Candidate will lead workshops to describe application functionality and the ability to support current business functions and processes determine functional gaps propose workarounds and identify potential areas of development In this role candidate will be responsible for explaining application functionality and answering functional question from project stakeholders
- Work closely with Internal development team to communicate the solution design and to track the development to closure
- May also be called upon to represent the organization on corporate and enterprise wide initiatives related to best practices reviews and or compliance related activities
- Demonstrates his her understanding of the business' short and long term objectives and should be able to communicate this to a non technical audience to ensure that the business strategies are maintained
- Works independently on several concurrent complex initiatives and devises project definitions to solve complex business problems considering business processes and or systems capability to achieve desired results
- Techno functional experience mandated – candidate should have development hands on experience and a good working knowledge of integration technologies
- In depth understanding of corporate banking products and the product life cycle especially within core banking treasury liquidities payments and receivables
- Good understanding of accounting concepts and book keeping ability to define accounting events required to set up business products for the bank
- Exposure to AML rules basic compliance and risk protocols required by a financial institution
- Ability to map E2E Operational and Data Flows for banking products using BPM tools like IBM workflows TIBCO business studio etc
- Ability to support current business functions and processes determine functional gaps propose workarounds and identify potential areas of development
- Should be able to document detailed functional and non functional requirements for both Waterfall and Agile methodology projects
- Should have experience with testing to perform Development Internal Testing DIT Sanity tests and smoke tests before the solution is deployed to stakeholders for testing
- Candidate should be able to design high quality sustainable solutions that are risk resilient and regulatory compliant
- Candidate should be able to design business scenarios to ensure the End to End solutions are tested and the evidences reviewed with stakeholders for sign off
- Candidate should have experience with transformation programs that involve migration of data from legacy to new applications and ability document details migration strategy documents
- Candidate should be able to work with vendors and ensure they are accountable to deliver as per expectations and standards
- Exposure to scope and defect management tools like HP QC JIRA
- Proficiency in diagramming tools is required MS Visio preferred
- Scaled Agile Product owner and Scrum Master certifications
- Expertise of Agile and Waterfall methodologies – should be able to seamlessly switch between either or work on a hybrid model depending on PMO or project expectations
- Preferred expertise in Behavior Driven Development BDD
- Candidate should be ensure the application and solution standards are upheld and should have a mindset of “First time right” approach
