Position Overview: This is very good opportunity to learn hiring for artificial intelligence , digital and healthcare all of which are high demand positions. While your core will be recruitment, as you perform you will get exposure to HR software (keka, zoho) and also working on other support activities. We are going for stock market listing and for top performers this will allow opportunity to get in addition to salary and incentives an opportunity to get ESOPs that are liquid. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive to support our HR team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will be proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about helping to attract top talent to our organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on hiring numbers
  • Assist with Sourcing and Screening:
  • Utilize various job boards, social media platforms, and other channels to identify potential candidates.
  • Review resumes and applications to screen for basic qualifications.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Coordinate Recruitment Activities:
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.
  • Assist in preparing interview questions and evaluation forms.
  • Support Onboarding Processes:
  • Help with the preparation of offer letters and new hire paperwork.
  • Assist in the coordination of new hire orientation and training sessions.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Administrative and Ad Hoc Tasks:
  • Prepare recruitment-related reports and presentations.
  • Participate in HR team meetings and contribute to various HR projects.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
