To offer 360 degree support to the IT infrastructure of the organization. Responsibilities 1. Install, configure, and maintain, desktops/workstations, network devices, CCTV & other IT infrastructure components. 2. Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of all systems and network resources. 3. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions. a. troubleshooting software like:- Weighing Bridge, HPLC, ESS, Autodesk, applications deployed at site etc. 4. Perform regular system maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and backups. 5. Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software. 6. Ensure data integrity and security by implementing appropriate backup recovery strategies. 7. Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights to various systems and applications. 8. Monitor network traffic and proactively identify and address any network or security breaches. 9. Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices. 10. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems. 11. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure effective knowledge sharing and support. 12. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to understand their technology needs and provide strategic guidance and support. 13. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the IT department. 14. Collaborate with the corporate IT team to align the factory's technology infrastructure with company standards and policies. 15. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to factory employees, addressing hardware and software issues promptly. 16. Train factory employees on the use of IT systems, software applications, and best practices. 17. Maintain detailed records of support requests, actions taken, and resolutions provided. 18. Document common issues and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference. 19. Prepare reports on network performance, usage, and incidents. 20. Maintain IT Inventory information for all location  Qualifications Bachelor in Engineering / Technology preferably IT, Computer Engg or Electronics & Communications, Diploma IT 1. Minimum 05years of Infra support experience at the factory level. 2. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated System Executive to manage and maintain the IT infrastructure and systems at our factory location. 3. The Factory-Stationed System Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and other technology-related equipment in the factory environment. 4. This role requires a strong technical background, hands-on expertise, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role will involve troubleshooting hardware, network and software issues, providing technical support, and implementing security measures to protect our systems.
