Role: Sales and Marketing Specialist Location: Goregaon, Mumbai Positions Available: 6 Annual CTC: ₹3 – ₹7 LPA (Fixed: 75% - 80% | Variable: 25% - 20% based on performance) Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Identify and engage potential clients across industries . ✔️ Conduct outbound sales calls and respond to inbound inquirie s. ✔️ Promote and sell Kompass' digital marketing solutions, includi ng advertising on our web portal and B2B compa ny database acce ss. ✔️ Upsell and cross-sell solutions to maximize client va lue. ✔️ Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up proacti vely. ✔️ Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through excellent se rvice. ✔️ Collaborate with the team to drive sales and meet revenue t argets.Who We're Looki ng For: 1-3 years of B2B sales exp erience, prefera bly in media, tech, SaaS, or B2B p ortals. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Goal-oriented with a proven track record in achieving sales t argets. Ability to work independently and in a team envir onment. Experienc e with CRM and lead generatio n tools is a p lus.
