Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Engineer - QS - Interior Fit outs located in Bengaluru. The role will involve tasks related to preparing BOQ, conducting rate analysis, utilizing billing systems, and performing quantity surveying on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications
- Responsible for the study of BOQ as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawings.
- Prepare bills of quantities as per site condition.
- Prepare quantity sheets from onsite data and drawings.
- Take measurements and prepare measurement sheets based on the execution to get the billing done.
- Preparation and certification of RA bills, responsible for verification of certified RA bills.
- Check and certify bills and invoices from vendors and contractors, prepare and process subcontractor bills, co-ordinate with contractors to achieve commercial closure.
- Track project budgets and monitor bill certification and PO tracker reports.
- Identify Non tendered items and provide Rate analysis for the same before execution of work.
- Reconciliation of projects.
- Verifying bills and maintaining billing records.
