Alpine Group of Institutes is seeking dynamic Admission Counsellors to join our team in Dehradun. This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor at Alpine Group of Institutes in Dehradun. The admission counselor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to interacting with prospective students, providing information about the institute's programs, assisting with the admission process, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the admission journey. Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to leads through various communication channels.
- Make outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about our courses and admission procedures.
- Follow-up on leads generated through various channels to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain a database of prospective students and update their status regularly.
- Engage with prospective students and their families to understand their educational and career aspirations.
- Provide detailed information about our institute's programs, admission criteria, and application procedures.
- Conduct informative sessions and tours for prospective students to showcase our facilities and academic offerings.
- Implement and effective sales strategies to maximize conversion rates.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for student enrolments..
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and applications.
- Proven experience in Inside Sales or Counselling, preferably in the Education sector.
- Familiarity with CRM software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Customer Service/ Tele calling skills.
- Ability to handle objections and promote institute offerings effectively.
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- High energy levels and a positive attitude towards achieving targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
