- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Threads, tailored to meet the unique needs of B2B and B2C clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and company goals.
- Conduct market research to determine the target audience and consider new social media opportunities.
- Build relationships with clients, influencers, and strategic partners via social media.
- Leverage analytical tools to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Stay updated on social media algorithm changes, best practices, and emerging trends to ensure campaigns remain effective and compliant.
- Implement best and up-to-date design strategies to maximize ROI of clients.
- Ensure proper client communication, to understand marketing objectives, and share actionable progress reports, and results while fostering strong client relationships.
- Understand and have fair knowledge about ORM to ensure the clients maintain positive social sentiment on all social platforms.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing insights, best practices, and industry knowledge to promote professional growth.
- You're intensely passionate about all things Digital, Social, and Interactive.
- Strong understanding of social media channels, content development, and social analysis
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and partnerships across levels
