The Role As Head of HR – Factory Operations , you will be at the forefront of driving change in our factory workforce. You’ll lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building efforts, ensuring that our people feel valued and motivated. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strategic thinking and a strong understanding of blue-collar workforce dynamics . Key Responsibilities ✅ Reduce Attrition & Boost Retention:
- Analyze exit trends and implement targeted retention initiatives.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs.
- Develop hiring strategies to attract and retain skilled workers.
- Build partnerships with vocational institutes and training centers.
- Strengthen communication between workers, supervisors, and leadership.
- Introduce initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction.
- Provide training for factory managers on effective people management.
- Use HR analytics to identify workforce trends and inform decisions.
- Track key HR metrics, including absenteeism and job satisfaction.
