Co-Development Business Unit is looking for UI/UX Designer This is a fixed term contract role. The engagement is from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026. Internal Code: A25035 What will you do? Enhancing the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of a national self-help platform for mental health support. Ensuring accessibility, usability, and engagement for diverse user demographics, including individuals seeking mental health resources and support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, content creators, and mental health professionals to understand user needs and platform objectives. Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms, adhering to best practices and design principles. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics data, and stakeholder input. Ensure consistency and coherence across the platform's various sections and versions. Incorporate accessibility features to accommodate users with diverse needs and disabilities. Collaborate with developers to implement designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process. The development work to be delivered must meet the acceptance criteria specified in the committed user stories in each sprint and comply with the security standards and other security standards applied. The design work to be delivered must meet the design principles. What are we looking for? Solid working experience of UI/UX experience. Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g., Interaction, Graphic, Visual Communications, Product, Industrial), Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent practical experience. Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, responsive web design techniques, and accessibility standards. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Experience with industry standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Illustrator, Principle, etc.). Experience in building design systems for large-scale products. Strong portfolio highlighting design principles for web and mobile platforms. Experience in creating digital brand guides (Preferred).
