Company Description Breakfast concept with multi national cuisine Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sous Chef role located in Kuwait City. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Executive Head Chef in food preparation, supervising kitchen staff, planning and upgrading the menu, handling purchasing, minimizing wastage, and ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes are up to the company's standards. Qualifications
- Culinary Arts, Food Safety, and Menu Development skills
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and food preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry
- Certification in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management is a plus
- Knowledge of computer software
- Experience in the local market
