About the Job: Home HealthCare Nurse Our Client in Riyadh, KSA is seeking a Female Home HealthCare Nurse from Eastern Europe. As a Home HealthCare Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients in their homes. Your primary role will be to assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide ongoing support and education to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct initial assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans.
2. Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and other medical treatments.
3. Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
4. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
5. Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and other healthcare topics.
6. Document patient care and progress accurately and in a timely manner.
7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
8. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards of care.
9. Maintain a safe and clean working environment for both patients and staff.
10. Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

1. Current nursing license in good standing.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in home healthcare.
3. Strong clinical and assessment skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
