Summary : Golcha Associated is in the process of establishing a new company and office in Dubai for next-level business growth, better customer connection within this region and the African continent, and identifying new business opportunities for our organization. The candidate will head the Dubai office and align with the set visions of the organization. Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Manage sales activities for the Middle East, Africa, and Gulf regions.
  2. Develop and execute strategies to increase mineral sales revenue.
  3. Build strong relationships with customers in the region.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  5. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions.
Desired Candidate Profile
  1. 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in the mineral industry.
  2. Should be a hard-core sales and marketing professional with a deep understanding of minerals and selling to the paint and plastic industry.
  3. Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in any specialization; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  4. Proven track record of success in lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
