• Conduct in-home consultations to identify client needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice on blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery.
• Offer product samples, accurate measurements, and detailed quotes.

• Stay updated on design trends, innovations, and product knowledge.
• Meet and exceed sales targets with consultative selling techniques.

• At least 2 years of sales experience (design or home improvement an asset).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with measurements and specifications.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a good driving record.

• Background in interior design (diploma or experience).
• Knowledge of window coverings (a bonus, but not required!).

• Salary: $80,000–$120,000/year.
