MASH Trust are a leading provider of disability, mental health, and addiction services. We have services throughout the lower North Island with over 550 staff and volunteers. The Position: This is a full time, fixed term position for a minimum period of 6 months. We are offering a skilled Help Desk/Network Administrator the opportunity to apply their experience while further developing their expertise. You will help support the key business operations based in Palmerston North. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for IT and customer service. Your excellent communication and relationship skills will ensure you foster a positive team atmosphere and quickly establish effective working relationships across the organisation. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting our staff via phone, email, and our support portal.
  2. Procurement, setup, maintain and support software and hardware.
  3. On-site support to remote sites.
  4. VoIP network, and data network and hardware support.
  5. Maintaining system integrity and security.
  6. Improving system performance.
Skills and Experience:
  1. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Azure and Windows and Android operating systems.
  2. Basic Network and network device knowledge.
  3. Customer-focused approach.
  4. Ability to work under pressure.
  5. Relevant tertiary qualification is desirable.
