Commercial & Property Solicitor/Associate

Our Client Our client is a high performing firm operating out of a highly accessible location in central Christchurch. They're renowned for a loyal and high-quality client base, whilst also being strong supporters of a number of community and charitable organisations. They are looking for someone that also prides themselves on building strong relationships and making a difference. The Role Our client is undergoing a period of growth combined with a huge pipeline of work:

1. Work would include a wide range of commercial and property law
2. Immerse yourself in negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, procurements, rural, subdivisions, developments and property law, local government work, as well as land law
3. Work with existing clients, nurturing and growing those relationships, whilst also developing your own sources of referrals
4. Opportunity to work alongside highly experienced Partners.

About You In order to succeed in this role, you will be/have:

1. 3+ years PQE
2. A strong Commercial & Property law background
3. An approachable, empathetic approach to your communication and an excellent record for building long-term relationships.
