Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and architects to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design plans and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, progress charts, and safety records.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Assist in resolving technical issues that arise during construction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on site progress and challenges.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in construction or site engineering.
- ASD and civil 3d experience.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and building codes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
