As a Professional Customer Support Consultant, you will be part of a diversely skilled team with a focus on providing comprehensive support for our established clinical solutions across both Australia and New Zealand. You will utilise your functional and technical knowledge and analytical skills, with a particular focus on MS SQL based applications in the support of our market leading MedChart software application making an impact throughout the healthcare sector. You will:- Provide superior task management incorporating incident triage, analysis and resolution. Problem / Defect identification and categorisation.
- Deliver quality task (incident and problem) resolution focused on support and maintenance related client interactions and effectively manage within contracted service level timeframes / targets.
- Provide functional and technical advice and knowledge, both internally and externally, pertaining to Dedalus Medication management solutions.
- Develop a strong working relationship with our customers to foster collaboration and facilitate growth.
- Participate in a rotating roster for out-of-hour support of incidents.
Essential Requirements
4 + years’ experience in the following:- Service Desk L2 / L3 support of applications pertaining to Healthcare or similar Hospital medications management.
- Providing functional and technical support for healthcare IT systems.
- Highly proficient in written and verbal communications.
- MS SQL read and write experience.
Desirable Requirements
- Degree in Health Information Management and/or Information Technology.
- Understanding of ITIL processes.
- Understanding of interfacing and HL7 messaging.
- Microsoft Server Admin Experience.
- MedChart application knowledge beneficial but not essential.
