This role is a full-time, hybrid direct-hire role based out of Toronto, CA . Perks & Benefits :
- Competitive base salary of $120K - $140K DOE
- Performance-based commission structure OTE: $300K - $350K

- Leading the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing six- and seven-figure deals.
- Developing and executing go-to-market strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborating with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
- Conducting advanced solution presentations, demos, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior decision-makers across industries.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing six- and seven-figure new logo deals within a given territory.
- Fluency in French
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles (3-6 months) and navigate complex enterprise deals.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
- MBA or a combination of a technical degree with business experience.
- Experience managing cross-functional sales teams.
