Sales Trainer( Dakahlia )

Job Description

• Responsible for executing the training plan for the new hires in the Sales Department to give them full information about OPPO and the technical training about OPPO's product sales.
• Monitoring and reviewing the progress of training through feedback, assessments and performance metrics.
• Researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and presenting this research.
• Supporting and motivating the promoters in the stores to achieve their targets.
• Responsible for training material and it's updated.
• Responsible for promotional activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration or relative.
• Experience 1:3 sales , training or coaching Retail Industry Preferably.
• Max. age 28 years old
• Males only
• Very Good English
• Excellent MS office
• Excellent presentation & communication skills.
• Ability to design, deliver, and evaluate sales training programs.
• Flexible to work outdoor(Inspection In Ghabria&Menofya).
• Background in the customer service / in Sales
• Excellent leadership skills.
