Job Description
- Review, approve, and follow up on all daily warehouse procedures (adding, disbursing, and recording in the register).
- Review and approve warehouse movements on the program before sending them to the financial department.
- Collaborate with engineering department to review purchase requests and maintain a safe spare parts inventory without excess stock.
- Conduct random inventory checks on warehouse keepers and issue periodic inventory reports.
- Follow proper storage methods to maintain the quality of spare parts.
- Coordinate between warehouse employees and other departments to define responsibilities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in commerce or business administration).
- At least 5 years of experience in spare parts stores, especially (truck spare parts).
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
- Proficiency in Oracle software.
- Good command of English (reading and understanding technical terms).
- Age not exceeding 40 years.
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The applicant must be from Damietta city.
