Job Title: Office Secretary Location: Dubai, UAE Salary Range: AED 6,000 - 9,000 per month Experience: Minimum 1 year, Maximum 2-3 years Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Secretary to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring efficient workflow. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy access and retrieval.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
- Assist in organizing company events, travel arrangements, and accommodations.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.
- Support HR and accounting departments with minor administrative tasks.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
