Role: Sr Bench Sales Recruiter Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad Timings: 7.30 to 4.30 Am IST Exp: 7-10 Years Technologies: Preferably worked on SAP profiles. Qualifications And Skills 7 to 10 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the US IT staffing industry Proven track record of successfully fulfilling staffing requirements and meeting targets Excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, such as job boards, social media, and professionais networks. Strong understanding of US IT market trends and client requirements Ability to evaluate and shortlist candidates based on their technical skills and cultural fit Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficient in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred) Roles And Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential candidates for IT staffing needs through various sourcing strategies. Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and fit for the position. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the ongoing IT staffing requirements. Negotiate and finalize offers with selected candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to strategize effective recruitment methods.
