Content Acquisition Executive We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Content Acquisition Executive to drive the development of high-quality short courses by collaborating with freelance Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). This role requires strong negotiation skills, the ability to manage content development independently, and a keen understanding of market trends in EdTech. Work Location: Chennai (Work from Office) Key Responsibilities:

  • Freelance SME Identification: Identify, evaluate, and onboard industry experts to create specialized short courses.
  • Negotiation & Agreement Finalization: Engage with experts, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements to ensure smooth content acquisition.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Conduct research to identify in-demand topics and recommend content areas for new courses.
  • Content Sourcing & Development: Collaborate with content providers and SMEs to ensure structured, high-quality course material.
  • Project Management & Coordination: Track content development progress, follow up with SMEs, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Independent Content Management: Oversee the entire content development lifecycle with minimal supervision, ensuring alignment with company standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 1-3 years of experience in content acquisition, curriculum development, or project management in the EdTech or publishing industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with SMEs and content providers.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong market research skills to identify trends and industry requirements.
  • Experience in managing digital content creation processes is a plus.
This is a work-from-office role based in Chennai, requiring a hands-on approach to content acquisition and development.
