Responsibilities :
- Working closely with the CEO in managing HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, Diversity & Inclusion.
- Work closely with our team to improve upon existing hiring and develop an innovative strategy around scouting top talent
- Extensively work on organizational needs to improve business performance and effectiveness, as well as to improve the overall employee experience and engagement.
- Driving various HR initiatives to engage and motivate employees
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Taking care of attendance and leave management
- Maintaining and updating the employee database
- Employee onboarding and off-boarding
- Graduation is mandatory and an MBA/PGDM in HR.
- 4 - 8 years of experience as a Human Resource professional from a media background
- Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Balances strategic thinking with tactical action to drive results
- Excellent time management & communication skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, high-energy individual who has been part of transformations.
