As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development in both the US and international markets. This is a great opportunity to make a significant impact by leveraging your expertise in sales and industry knowledge to contribute to the company's growth and success. Job Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new sales opportunities for accounting and bookkeeping in the Startup and SMB space.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to expand the customer base, with a focus on the US and international markets .
- Engage with prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and networking to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to drive long-term business success.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless sales-to-implementation process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Proven sales experience in the Financial Services Sectors , with a solid understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, and tax.
- Previous experience selling to US and international markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Goal-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- US Shift: 5 or 6 PM to 2 or 4 AM (depending on business needs).
