Position Overvie w: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Revenue Operations Manager with expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will play a critical part in optimizing processes, enabling sales and marketing alignment, and driving operational efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for continuous improvement. This role reports to the VP of Planning and Analytics and is a highly visible position within the firm.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Salesforce Management & Optimization:
  • Account Assignments: Work closely with the sales leadership team to streamline account ownership, changes while ensuring proper distribution and accountability.
  • Data Maintenance: Conduct account cleanup, merging, and ensure data integrity by addressing redundancies and inaccuracies. Resolve issues related to Salesforce access, opportunity creation, and other platform scenarios. Assist Sales team in maintaining dashboards and obtaining data needed from Salesforce.
  • Compliance Management: Track compliance for lead, contact, and account processes and guidelines.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Data Analytics: Leverage Salesforce and other tools to identify performance metrics. Conduct detailed analytics to maximize sales team productivity and decision-making to drive attainment of these metrics. Provide actionable insights to support Client Directors (CDs), research teams, and sales leaders.
  • Customized Reporting & Dashboards: Design, implement, and manage accurate reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the Account Engagement Team on lead routing rules, webinar planning, reporting, and related initiatives.
  • Partner with the Finance Team to generate and analyze Salesforce reports.
  • Work closely with the IT team to influence adoption and roll out new IT capabilities and tools—beyond SFDC.
  • Enable seamless coordination between Sales, Marketing, and Analyst teams to accelerate the client journey and align growth objectives.
  • Strategic and Operational Support:
  • Process Mapping: Document and optimize workflows for operational efficiency and improved collaboration.
  • Presentation Creation: Develop materials for leadership team and sales reviews.
  • Sales Team Onboarding: Support onboarding for new Client Directors.
  • Team Management & SLA Adherence:
  • Be passionate about coaching and developing the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Oversee team activities to ensure tasks are completed in alignment with SLAs.
  • Provide guidance and support to maintain high service standards and address roadblocks.
  • Ensure accountability by meeting deliverables within defined timelines and quality ben chmarks.
  • Ad Hoc Support:
  • Address urgent or unique requests from various departments, ensuring timely and effective solutions aligned with company objectives.
  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience in a sales operations role in the services industry.
  • Expertise in sales operations and SFDC Proficiency in designing corporate-level analysis and dashboards to inform business decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on understanding cause and effect.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Passionate about coaching, mentoring, and developing the team to drive excellence and career growth.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and work independently.
  • Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic and self-starter attitude. Ability to work evenings Monday – Friday to afford coverage to US colleagues.
