We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and execute innovative HR strategies, ensuring alignment with GST Manager's growth objectives. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in talent acquisition, team building, formulating HR policies, enhancing employee engagement, and maintaining high standards of employer branding. Key ResponsibilitiesHR Strategy Development • Develop and execute HR strategies that support GST Manager’s mission and business objectives. • Implement policies and frameworks to foster a high-performing, inclusive culture. • Ensure HR practices and programs align with industry best practices and company goals. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, ensuring efficient hiring of top talent. • Develop and maintain a best-in-class employer branding strategy to position GST Manager as an employer of choice. • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to highlight GST Manager's innovative culture and career growth opportunities. Employee Relations & Engagement • Act as a trusted partner to leadership and employees, addressing HR-related queries and resolving workplace concerns. • Drive initiatives to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Performance Management • Oversee the development and execution of performance management systems, including regular feedback and goal-setting processes. • Identify training and development opportunities to upskill employees and enhance leadership capabilities. HR Policy & Budgeting Management • Create, update, and enforce HR policies that ensure compliance with legal standards and support company culture. • Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. • Maintain high-quality standards in all HR documentation and communications. Operational Excellence • Ensure seamless execution of HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and compliance. • Implement systems and processes to optimize HR efficiency and enhance the employee experience. • Monitor HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven improvements. Employer Branding & Quality Standards • Establish and maintain high-quality standards across all HR functions to reflect GST Manager’s innovative reputation. • Partner with leadership to promote GST Manager as a thought leader in the tax consulting industry. • Develop internal communications and programs that strengthen employee advocacy. Required Skills & Experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a similar leadership role. • Proven ability to develop and implement successful employer branding initiatives. • Expertise in policy development, HR budgeting, and performance management structures. • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Proficiency with HR systems and methodologies. • Familiarity with managing remote teams and distributed workforces.
