Role Description We are looking for a Research & a Specialist with strong Excel skills to conduct simulations, create compelling PowerPoint presentations, and ensure flawless execution of reports. The ideal candidate will have a knack for data analysis, a passion for storytelling through data, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis and simulations using Excel to support business decisions.
• Create visually appealing and informative PowerPoint presentations to communicate & motivate distribution team
• Develop and maintain detailed simulations, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights.
• Identify trends and patterns in data to provide actionable recommendations.
• Research & Support in Managing Strategy & Distribution linked meets / conventions
• Assist in Vendor Management for the conventions / meets
• Continuously improve & share findings for processes improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables etc.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for creating dynamic and engaging presentations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role is preferred.
