We are seeking a talented individual to join our Employee Health & Benefits team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd . This role will be based in Mumbai Senior Relationship Manager / Assistant Vice President / Vice President – Employee Health & Benefits We will count on you to:
- Drive growth and sales in targeted Industry segment
- Develop India Market Presence In India Mid-Market And Jumbo Client Space.
- Work closely Along With The Regional Head And Rest Of The Functional Colleagues To Develop And Execute The Sales Go To Market Strategy Within The Respective Region.
- Generate new business and Achieving Presence / Fair Share Of India Mid-Market And Jumbo Client Segment
- Sales Pipeline Building And Forecasting
- Developing The Market Presence Within The Identified Client / Industry Segments.
- Liaise With Regional Sales & EB leaders and colleagues and execute the various sales campaigns.
- Ability to manage & build relationships with internal and external customers, insurance partners and servicing vendors.
- Domain Knowledge preferred.
- MBA degree
- Technical knowledge - MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
- 10+ Years’ Sales/Business Development experience within Health and Benefits segment with strong understanding of Health and Benefits products, including Insurance Plans and other related offerings.
- Proven track record of success in sales roles with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets
- Deep understanding of Employer market segment and their unique demands and purchasing style.
- Proven ability to establish relationships and work collaboratively with team at all levels to effectively close business.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies in a competitive Market Environment.
- Interest and aptitude in keeping abreast of latest developments in Health And Benefits Space.
- Results-Oriented with a strong sense of accountability and a passion for delivering exceptional Customer Service.
- Strong analytical and problem solving and skills.
- Good communication skills..
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Organised, self-discipline and pro-active.
- Good multi-tasking ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Industry-Specific Analysis Software.
