This role requires strong spreadsheet proficiency, CMS experience, SEO awareness, attention to detail , and excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with remote teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Content Discovery & Curation – Research and identify online tools and resources for professionals in the design, construction, and trade industries.
- Spreadsheet Management – Work extensively with Google Sheets for formatting, filtering, sorting, and basic pivot table functions.
- CMS Content Management – Manage, format, and optimize content using CMS platforms like Webflow or WordPress .
- SEO Formatting – Ensure content is SEO-optimized within the CMS, including title tags, meta descriptions, and heading structures.
- Graphic Design & Visuals – Source or create high-quality graphics to enhance content and tools.
- Quality Assurance – Maintain accuracy and consistency in content formatting and published materials.
- Collaboration & Communication – Work closely with remote teams to execute website updates and content initiatives efficiently.
- Strong Spreadsheet Experience – Comfortable with formatting, filtering, sorting, and basic pivot tables in Google Sheets.
- CMS Expertise – Hands-on experience managing content in Webflow, WordPress, or similar platforms .
- SEO Awareness – Understanding of on-page SEO elements such as titles, meta descriptions, and heading tags .
- Attention to Detail – Ability to ensure content is accurately formatted and meets quality standards before publication.
- Collaboration & Communication – Experience working with remote teams to execute website updates and content projects efficiently.
