1. Open for Non-Bachelor's Degree
2. With at least 2-3 years Call Center experience
3. Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
4. Amenable to attend face-to-face interview on requested
5. Amenable to be trained on site

1. To provide outstanding customer care and customize solutions for esteemed clients of commercial banking.
2. To comply with banking regulations while determining and meeting the needs of your consumers, both present and future.
3. To be the initial point of contact by phone for clients requiring prompt maintenance and servicing across many commercial banking product categories.
4. Work together with stakeholders to address a client issue.
5. Other tasks as assigned.
