Program Details:
- All hires will undergo Training & NCLEX Certification (fully covered)
- Near-Hire Contract – approx. 6 months of training/certification
- Monthly allowance of PHP 10,000 during Near-Hire period
- After passing NCLEX, employment contract will be offered with competitive salary and allowances
- 1-2 years experience: PHP 60K guaranteed package
- 3-4 years experience: PHP 63.5K guaranteed package
- Additional project premium upon clinical account deployment
- Registered/PH Licensed Nurse (PHRN)
- At least 1 year of clinical experience
