  • Responsible for executing client engagements in the area of Transaction services, Buy side / sell side due diligence or Carve-outs assignments etc
  • Deliver work of the highest quality within budget.
  • Anticipate and identify engagement related risks and escalate issues as appropriate, on a timely basis.
  • Actively establish and manage relationships with clients on projects.
  • Assist Managers in developing new methodologies and internal initiatives
  • Continuously strive towards exceeding client and engagement team expectations and work on increasingly complex assignments
Desired Skills:
  • Strong technical knowhow on financial statements analysis, KPIs, building databook (Analysis Pack), preparation/consolidation of financial statements, trial balance mapping, reconciliation of management and audited accounts. Various other analysis: price-volume, churn-rate, top customers, ageing, headcount and trending analysis.
  • Framing management questions and writing diligence reports (including business overviews, historical sections, Quality of earnings adjustment section etc.)
  • Independent handling of large assignments and maintain a strong user connects
  • Understand business & industry issues / trends. Identify areas requiring improvement in the client's business processes to enable preparation of recommendations
  • Proficient in data analysis & validation
  • Proficient in excel and large volumes of data
  • Ensure compliance with engagement plans and internal quality & risk management procedures
  • Demonstrate an application & solution-based approach to problem solving technique
  • Manage engagement budgets and support Managers in developing marketing collaterals, business proposals and new solution / methodology development
Professional Experience / Qualifications.
  • 12-14 years in Financial Due Diligence.
  • Chartered Accountancy degree or MBA Finance.
