Dear All, Razorpay is hiring an Associate Manager - Enterprise Sales Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own and assist new acquisition of enterprise clients, assist in smooth onboarding of clients
- Manage end-to-end funnel on New Initiative Products - new merchant acquisition and upselling of our products (Razorpay Neobanking/ Razorpay X ) to existing clients
- Work with other cross-functional teams (product, ops & marketing, Engineering) as and when required
- Should clearly understand merchant pain points/requirements and should communicate all features to fulfill merchant expectations.
- Uses sales tools effectively to maximize efficiency
- Should understand and work towards team's/organization's objectives
- At Least 4-6 years experience in End to End Sales(Direct and lead generation) and/or Business Development in B2B environment
- Product-focused sales aptitude/experience
- Relevant experience in the Fintech/Banking Industry would be a plus
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- Must be able to work with multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
