Dear All, Razorpay is hiring an Associate Manager - Enterprise Sales Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Own and assist new acquisition of enterprise clients, assist in smooth onboarding of clients
  • Manage end-to-end funnel on New Initiative Products - new merchant acquisition and upselling of our products (Razorpay Neobanking/ Razorpay X ) to existing clients
  • Work with other cross-functional teams (product, ops & marketing, Engineering) as and when required
  • Should clearly understand merchant pain points/requirements and should communicate all features to fulfill merchant expectations.
  • Uses sales tools effectively to maximize efficiency
  • Should understand and work towards team's/organization's objectives
Mandatory Qualifications:
  • At Least 4-6 years experience in End to End Sales(Direct and lead generation) and/or Business Development in B2B environment
  • Product-focused sales aptitude/experience
  • Relevant experience in the Fintech/Banking Industry would be a plus
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Must be able to work with multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
