Key Responsibilities:
- Programming and Scripting: Develop and maintain Siemens PCS7 systems using Simatic Batch, S88, STL, SCL, and FBD language programming skills.
- System Design and Configuration: Design and configure process automation systems, ensuring optimal functionality, scalability, and safety.
- Integration with Other Systems: Integrate Siemens PCS7 systems with other control systems and applications for seamless operations.
- Commissioning and Testing: Lead the commissioning and testing of automation systems, ensuring they meet design specifications and operational requirements.
- Documentation: Create and maintain accurate system documentation, including programming details, system configurations, and testing procedures.
- Hands-on experience with Siemens PCS7 systems
- Proficient in Simatic Batch, S88, STL, SCL, and FBD programming languages
- Experience with SCADA/HMI systems, particularly WinCC and TIA Portal
- Experience with Siemens drives and process automation
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
