The Bid Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process for new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, bid writing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, competitive proposals that meet client expectations. - Engineering Degree/MBA Degree
- Proven experience (5+ years) in bid management, tender preparation, or similar roles, preferably within facilities management, hospitality, or a related industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage complex, high-value bids, and understand commercial and financial aspects of proposals.
