At Algoritt, our mission is to empower businesses with actionable insights and transformative solutions.  Role Overview:   Algoritt Consulting is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Junior NLP & GenAI Engineer to assist in the design, development, and deployment of innovative AI solutions. This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to work with Large Language Models (LLMs) , Natural Language Processing (NLP) , and model fine-tuning techniques under the guidance of senior technical leads. You will gain hands-on experience in building AI applications and solving real-world problems while advancing your career in AI technologies.  Key Responsibilities:  

• Assist in GenAI Application Development:  
• Contribute to the development of GenAI applications , ensuring optimal performance and addressing challenges such as latency and bias. 
• Support LLM Agents & Intelligent Automation:  
• Work with senior engineers to integrate LLM agents with various tools, enhancing AI-driven workflows and automation. 
• End-to-End AI Project Involvement:  
• Participate in NLP and GenAI projects, assisting in model development, fine-tuning, deployment, and monitoring to ensure model reliability. 
• LLM Fine-Tuning Support:  
• Assist in fine-tuning LLMs using cutting-edge techniques and help tailor them for specific use cases to meet client needs. 
• Model Deployment Assistance:  
• Contribute to deploying models and ensuring their performance by supporting model monitoring, error handling, and retraining efforts. 
• Team Collaboration & Learning:  
• Work closely with senior team members, learning best practices in AI development, model deployment, and problem-solving within the NLP and GenAI space. 

• Technical Foundation:  
• A strong academic background in NLP , AI , or related fields with foundational knowledge of LLM models and AI concepts. 
• Willingness to Learn:  
• Eagerness to learn advanced techniques like LLM fine-tuning , model deployment , and performance optimization under mentorship. 
• Collaborative Mindset:  
• Ability to work well within a team environment, assisting senior engineers and contributing to collective project success. 
• Problem-Solving:  
• Strong analytical skills with an interest in solving technical challenges related to AI models and GenAI applications. 

• Familiarity with cloud platforms ( AWS , GCP , Azure ) is a plus. 
• Basic knowledge of MLOps tools, CI/CD pipelines , and containerization (e.g., Docker , Kubernetes ) is a bonus. 
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark , Hadoop ) is desirable.
